Be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Be free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Personalized or custom-made items
Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect
Items that are returned without the original tags and packaging

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued using any E-Wallet or Instapay

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item
